Macon-Bibb Fire Department puts out burning grass

No one was hurt.

MACON, Ga. — The Macon-Bibb Fire Department says someone saw burning grass in the woods behind a business near 6100 Hawkinsville Road. 

Captain Akwasi Maru with the fire department says they got the call around 6:10 p.m. Monday.

 Fire crews put the fire out, and no one was hurt.
