Johnson County students move to virtual learning due to roof drain failure

In a post to Facebook, they said that students will learn virtually October 12 and 13.

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ga. — Update:

Johnson County Schools announced that all schools will be virtual Friday due to on-going water issues at the high school. 

However, staff are expected to work at the schools.

High School students in Johnson County will be learning virtually for the next day or two, according to a post by Johnson County Schools on Facebook.

They said that due to the failure of a roof drain on the high school side of the school, students will be working virtually October 12 and 13. 

They emphasized that this is only for high school students.

Due to a failure of a roof drain on the high school side of the building, high school students will be on virtual learning today and tomorrow. This is ONLY for high school students.
