A jet aircraft-repair company plans to bring 100 jobs to a hangar at Middle Georgia Regional Airport.
The Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority made the announcement at Monday's meeting.
They say Embraer will invest $1.6 million to bring their operations to one of the large hangars at the south Bibb airport.
They're estimating their annual payroll in Macon at $4.5 million.
According to the authority's news release, Embraer is based in Brazil and manufactures planes of up to 150 seats.
