MACON, Ga. — You can see the stars of R&B in your own backyard during a music video shoot in Macon.
Stacii Adams and Anthony Hamilton are recording the music video for their “Happy Days” in downtown Macon on Sunday, according to a press release.
Teeger Entertainment has partnered with the artists for filming in Warner Robins, Milledgeville, and Macon.
Shaunta Porter with And 5678 Line Dance worked to create a high-energy line dance for “Happy Days”
The song represents the influence of several genres including Southern Soul, R&B and Afrobeats.
The music video hopes to “highlight what has been missing in the music industry- feel-good music that transcends boundaries and brings people together,” a press release said.
The filming in Milledgeville was on June 22 at Huely Park.
Macon’s filming location is the Tubman Museum on July 14 at 5 p.m.
The community is welcome to join in the festivities.
This event should be a historical gathering of dance enthusiasts, the release said.
