This Friday, Frank Malloy and Ben Jones will be live at Freedom Field for our Tailgate special.
The Houston County Bears (6-2) will host the Northside Eagles (8-1) at 7:30 P.M.
The Bears are coming off a bye week, and need to finish the season strong if they want to make it to the playoffs. This will be Northside's final regular season game and if they win, they will lock up a playoff spot.
It will be a battle of two of the best Quarterbacks in the state. Northside's versital QB Tobias Oliver will face off against Houston County's Jake Fromm.
Oliver Oliver has 20 touchdowns this season, 10 passing, nine rushing and one receiving.
Fromm has 35 touchdowns and 3,245 yards passing. He is on pass to break Hutson Mason's single season passing record if Houston County can manage to make the playoffs.
Our coverage starts at 5 P.M. We will highlight players to watch, the importance of the game, and bring you the sights and sounds from the cheerleaders and band.
