ATLANTA — Research.com has ranked a Georgia university among a selection of 10 schools as the most affordable bachelor's degree options for people who want to pursue their studies online.
Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW Online) ranked fifth on the list, costing $169.33 per credit (at a fixed rate for all online students).
According to the research group, the university is known for "its flexible scheduling and focus on adult learners."
Georgia Southwestern State counts Rosalynn Carter and Jimmy Carter among its alums.
Examples of budget-friendly online bachelor's degrees include: Business Administration (with concentrations in accounting, management, marketing, and human resources) and Criminal Justice.
