BOLINGBROKE, Ga. — Folks in Bolingbroke were able to get into the Christmas spirit on Saturday as several holiday floats made their way through the city.
There were floats from all sorts of businesses and clubs, along with one carrying the star of the show - Santa Claus!
Families could snack on some treats provided by food trucks in the area, along with Pinky’s shaved ice, hot chocolate, and boiled peanuts.
The Christmas parade has going on for a little over 30 years, and is a tradition for the community.
After it was over, families had the opportunity to meet Santa and get pictures with him.
Local businesses also stayed open so families could do some Christmas shopping while out and about.
