DUBLIN, Ga. — Many people love to get flowers, and on Wednesday veterans at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center got to experience that same joy.

Florist Randy Stone of Classic Florist and Home Decor surprised more than 200 veterans with bouquets.

He's doing it as a part of the 19th Annual Make Someone Smile Week, put on by a California-based floral wire service company Teleflora.
