DODGE COUNTY, Ga. — A Dodge County deputy was arrested on three charges Monday, according to a report from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
They say Marquis Clark, 27, has been arrested and charged with possessing child pornography, sexually exploiting children and violating his oath.
The report also says the GBI arrested Denzay Clark, 23, and charged her with possessing child pornography, sexually exploiting children and furnishing obscene materials to minors.
On Sept. 4, Dodge County Sheriff Brian Robinson requested that the GBI look into a report that Marquis Clark had inappropriate contact with a minor, per the report.
"He worked for me," Robinson said. "I turned everything over to the GBI. When I got the complaint, I turned everything over to them so they have access to all of the investigation."
This past summer, the GBI arrested the former Dodge County board of education chairman on two counts of child molestation, one count of sexual exploitation of children and two counts of improper sexual contact.
