"Your grandparents, your siblings, your friends, there's some people that even honor their parent their pets because they become a part of the family. Right? But so October 28, we'd light the first candle. And we remember those individuals that lost their lives because of crime, or they passed you know, in an accident...  everyday up until November the second... one specific thing is remember," said Angela Alcantar.
