Crawford County Coroner Allen O'Neal appeared before a judge Monday morning.
He was arrested Friday after he refused to respond to a call for a dead person.
During his court appearance for violating his oath and using deliberate means to delay the due course of proceedings, O'Neal's bond was set at $7,500.
His coroner duties were also restricted as the judge ordered him to not go on any death calls, and he's forbidden from having any contact with witnesses or the deputy coroner.
O'Neal has been sparring with the county over his office's expenses.
