Central Georgia school closings due to weather (3/5/20)

Due to heavy rain and hazardous road conditions, some school districts have decided to cancel classes.

TELFAIR COUNTY, Ga. — Some Central Georgia school districts have canceled Thursday classes due to heavy rain and hazardous road conditions. 

Dodge County - All faculty and staff should report at 9 a.m.

Dooly County - Staff reports at 9:00 a.m. if safe.

Fullington Academy - Closed for both students and staff.

Laurens County - Staff reports from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.  **Dublin City Schools will have classes

Telfair County - All faculty and staff should report at 9 a.m.

Wheeler County - Closed for both students and staff.

Crisp Academy - Closed for both students and staff.

Johnson County - All faculty and staff should report.
