PERRY, Ga. — A man was taken to the hospital after crashing into an apartment complex on Kings Chapel Road in Perry on Saturday morning.
Major Heath Dykes, with the Perry Police Department, says they believe the man had a medical issue while driving, like a stroke or seizure, which caused him to lose control of the car.
It is not yet confirmed exactly what happened, and Dykes says they are still investigating.
No one was seriously injured in the two apartments that were hit.
Police are still on the scene assessing the damage to the building, but photos sent in by Shane Shifflett and Heath Dykes show a large hole in the side of the building.
