Bibb deputies asking for public to be on the lookout for car after men rob Macon business

In a release, they said the suspects were driving a black 2013 Lexus RX, and asked the public to keep a lookout for the car.

MACON, Ga. — The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public to be on the lookout for two men who robbed a business at 5021 Mercer University Drive Saturday morning.

In a release, they said they got a call about 2 men entering the business through a window, with two people inside. One of the people inside was hit with an unknown object. 

The suspects took the victim's 2013 Lexus RX and fled the scene.

One occupant had a minor injury from the robbery.

The identity of the robbers is unknown.

However, deputies say the Lexus had a plate number of CQA8761, and asks the public to keep an eye out for the car. 

They warned people to be cautious if you do see it, because the men looked to be armed.
