Bass Pro Distribution Center held a hiring event Saturday morning in Macon, hoping to hire 100 people.
They conducted on-site interviews from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
For everyone's health and safety, applicants had to have a health screening when they entered the parking lot. People stayed in their vehicle until they were called.
Masks were required.
