Fox Run Country Club in Macon's Barrington Hall community.Anthony Mullins, a partner in Private Clubs Associates, confirmed that his company is now running the financially troubled course. He would not discuss details, saying a news release will be coming out Monday from CBamp;T, which holds the course's mortgage. Private Clubs Associates' website on Monday also listed Fox Run among the courses that it manages. Last month, Fox Run owner Ken Vicinus said he would walk away fromhis mortgage in May. He says the course is losing money to the tune of$40,000 a month and he can't afford it. He also said he would sell thecourse and country club to the neighborhood if they came up with enoughmoney to buy it.Vicinus says he owes CBamp;T in Warner Robins $1.8 million.There are about 500 homes in Barrington Hall, next to the Fox Rungolf course. People in the neighborhood are afraid that their homevalues would plummet if the golf course shut down. Vicinius says he's still looking for a buyer, but that the bank is working with him to keep the course open./>
