PERRY, Georgia — Four people were arrested after an armed robbery at a Perry hotel on Nov. 4, according to the Perry Police Department.
At around 6 a.m. on Saturday morning, 54-year-old Willie Harris Jr. from Montezuma allegedly broke into a room at the Quality Inn located at 1602 Sam Nunn Boulevard.
He entered the room with a gun and demanded money, according to the release. No one was injured during the robbery.
He left the hotel in a 2019 White Chrysler 300 which belonged to one of the victims in the hotel room.
Detectives later identified three other people involved in the robbery including 26-year-old Alexus Byse, 25-year-old Dexter Sutton and 19-year-old Carlesia Byse. All three are from Montezuma.
All four have been charged with Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a felony, and Theft by Taking (Motor vehicle).
