A letter posted on the Twin Cities News Talk Facebook page has gone viral after an upset neighbor stuffed an anonymous note in a his neighbor's mailbox.
The wrinkled note read:
Dear "Neighbor"
You just moved into this neighborhood a year ago, and I wanted to give you time to correct this problem on your own, but you are apparently too inconsiderate to do so. Every day this week, when weather has been nice and and windows are open, you proceed to let your small child run free in your backyard and laugh and giggle and carry on without end. This is very disruptive for my two dogs and my bird who sits next to the window and like to look into your yard. Perhaps you could ask him to tone it down a bit, or at least limit his outside time to 15 - 20 mins a day so my dogs can be outside without seeing him running around. If this kind of behavior persists, I WILL CALL THE POLICE!
This letter has obviously got people all over social media talking. Here are some of their comments:
Chad Sigler: I would correct the grammar in the note and give it back to my "neighbor"
Peter Millin: Not surprised. Everyone is trying their hardest to find something to complain about or be a victim of something. The world is void of grown ups.
Allen Shawna Bergeron: My yard. I'll do what I please. If you don't like it move to a neighborhood with no children... or neighbors.
Some people are skeptical of the letter:
Denise Lewandowski: I think it's a hoax.
Whether or not it is, I'm am pretty sure there is a neighbor out there some where that has done this.
How would you respond?
