In a press release, the district says samples from the camp came back positive for the virus.

They're asking anybody who visited the camp between June 17 and June 21, even if they didn't become sick, to complete an online survey

They say all information will remain confidential, and they're using it to track down what caused the illness by comparing the activities people participated in.

On Monday, State 4-H Leader Arch Smith says they closed down the camp's weekend activities to bring in a private cleaning company. The campus will be back open and ready for campers Tuesday afternoon.

You can find the survey here.
