FORSYTH, Ga. — The city of Forsyth Police Department held their fourth annual Back-to-School rally Saturday morning.
Kids and their families came to take part in the fun that included bounce houses, free ice cream, and of course, school supplies, so kids can start the year with everything they need.
Nesie Grady performed at the event with her dance team and is heading into seventh grade. She says she's glad to see Forsyth helping her fellow students.
"For kids that don't have enough money or supplies or anything, we can come to this event for free, have a good time, and get us some free supplies," Grady said.
The rally had about 300 bags of supplies put together to hand out to the community.
