Dairy Queen ‘Miracle Treat Day’ supports the Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital

If you get a blizzard at DQ today, you can help the Children's Miracle Network!

MACON, Ga. — On Thursday, Dairy Queen locations across Central Georgia are coming together to raise money for the Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network.

If you buy a blizzard, $1 will go directly to the children’s hospital and all donations from Central Georgia stay here locally.

You can go to any participating Dairy Queen location and partake in Miracle Treat Day until 7 p.m.

Last year’s #MiracleTreatDay raised more than $35,000 for the Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital. The locations help raise money for NNICU patients.

Because the children’s hospital is so new, they are still in the process of outfitting the two NNICU floors of the hospital with life-saving equipment, including new incubator beds and developmental tools.

To help celebrate Miracle Treat Day, use the hashtag #MiracleTreatDay on social media and invite others to join in by visiting a participating Dairy Queen location and help bring a smile to the faces of deserving children.
