Bo Dukes, the man charged with helping accused Tara Grinstead killer Ryan Duke hide her body, is now wanted on rape charges.
According to Warner Robins Police, the incident with Bo Dukes happened on New Year’s Day around 5:45 p.m. at a home on Charlestown Way in Bonaire.
Police say he was last seen leaving the home in a 2013 white Kia Sorento, tag #PFP1116. He was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Officers believe he took two women to the home under the threat of violence and raped them at gunpoint.
Police says Dukes has made suicidal threats, is known to drink heavily and has a history of cocaine use.
13WMAZ reached out to the U.S. Attorney's office to learn more about Bo Dukes' revocation. In November, a federal judge ordered Dukes back to prison after failing to keep up with restitution payments and community service work. Melissa Hodges with the U.S. Attorney's office confirmed that Bo Dukes was sentenced to 6 months by the judge, but she could not confirm a report date. Hodges says the Bureau of Prisons sets that date and not the U.S. Attorney's office. Hodges says based on the Bureau of Prisons' website, Dukes has not yet reported to prison.
Anyone who knows his location should Det. Del Giorno at 478-302-5380.
