MACON, Ga. — Another victim from one of Macon's Saturday night shootings has died, according to Bibb County Chief Coroner Leon Jones.
Jones says 25-year-old Gerald Pennyman was pronounced dead Tuesday afternoon at the Medical Center, Navicent Health. He says he passed away from a gunshot wound to the head.
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office says Pennyman was shot and critically wounded at the 'Death Valley' block party that night on Suzanne Drive.
This is the second death resulting from three shootings that happened on Saturday. The sheriff's office says 22-year-old Deroderick Ridley was shot at a parking lot off Log Cabin Drive and Hillcrest Avenue and later died that night.
