A House Springs man faces four felony charges after a road-rage incident, according to police. The incident happened July 6 and left a man with broken legs and a woman with cuts on her head.
According to police, Joshua D. Stockinger, 28, got into an argument with a couple who almost hit his car while heading west on Hwy. MM near Music Mountain Road.
Then, Stockinger drove into the other man and pinned him. The man's wife, who was driving in a separate car and was behind them, allegedly arrived at the scene and got out of her car.
Police said Stockinger and the woman began to argue, then he assaulted her with his prosthetic arm.
The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Stockinger with one count of first-degree assault, one count of second-degree assault, one count of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and one count of armed criminal action.
Stockinger is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $150,000 cash-only bond.
