FORT VALLEY, Ga. — Fort Valley Police have arrested a man in a shooting that happened Monday at the Indian Oaks apartment complex in Fort Valley.
According to a Facebook post on the Fort Valley Police Department page, just before 3 p.m., the call came in about two men shooting at each other. When they made it to the scene, officers found one of the suspects and a chase began. When they caught him, he was arrested and charged on active warrants for Aggravated Assault, Cruelty to Children, and Criminal Trespass.
The suspect is currently being held at the Peach County Sheriff's Office.
