Macon woman charged with meth trafficking at hotel

Agents found almost a kilo of meth and a lot of cash

MACON, Ga. — A Macon woman is being held without bond after a meth bust Wednesday at a hotel.

According to a news release, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigation Unit and DEA Agents executed a search warrant on a room at the Super 8 on Chambers Road around 7:30 p.m.

Deputies found two bags of meth totaling a kilo, a half ounce of marijuana and a large amount of cash.

29-year-old Alicia Marie Willett was taken into custody and charged with meth trafficking and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. She is being held without bond.
