MACON, Ga. — A Macon Dollar General was robbed at gunpoint just before 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
Witnesses told deputies that a man pulled a gun on the cashier at the Dollar General located at 4996 Bloomfield Road and demanded money.
The cashier gave the man an unknown amount of money from the register. The man ran from the store and no one was injured in the robbery.
He was wearing a blue hoodie with the hood up, a surgical mask, dark jeans and black sneakers.
