MACON, Ga. — A man has been arrested and charged in the shooting death of a man near Broadway early Wednesday, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
35-year-old Ahmad Jarnell Harrell was found inside a home in the 600 block of Paul Street just before 12:30 a.m. with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Sheriff’s Office says that Harrell reportedly got into an argument with 34-year-old Brandon Johnson. Johnson allegedly pulled his gun and shot Harrell.
Johnson was arrested on the scene and taken to the Bibb County Jail. He has been charged with Murder.
