The 16-year-old boy will be charged with involuntary manslaughter.

PERRY, Ga. — Update, Nov. 11 at 3:48 p.m.:

Captain James Jones with the Perry Police conformed that the two juveniles were playing with the gun when it went off.

He also said that the mother of the victim was the only adult at home at the time of the shooting, and she called 911.
