Claire Davis joined the 13WMAZ news team in December 2014 as a multimedia journalist.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She also received a minor in History.
While at the University of Central Florida, Claire was involved in the college television station on campus. At UCF Knightly News she was a reporter, multimedia journalist, anchor, and web producer. She interned at the local CBS affiliate, WKMG, and covered the George Zimmerman trial.
Even though Claire came to us from Florida, she is a true southern belle. She was originally born in Atlanta, but has lived all over the south east in places like Birmingham, AL, Chattanooga, TN and Charlotte, NC. Macon is a great central location to all of Claire's family and friends.
When she's not reporting Claire enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, traveling and exploring Macon. If you see her out and about, don't hesitate to say hi!
