CAPTURED: Fugitives from Wyoming arrested in Monroe County

The fugitives were first spotted in Monroe County on Wednesday.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says the prison escapee and his possible accomplice from Wyoming are in custody at the sheriff's Office.

A release says the pair was arrested around 12:45 p.m. at Hwy 42N near the Logwall Church Road area.

The male, Richard Fountaine, is an escapee from a prison in Wyoming and the female, Kimberly Belcher, is believed to have helped him escape. 

The two had been spotted in the county on Wednesday near Logwall Church Road around 4:30 p.m.
