When you have a question, always go to your account.
No doubt, there will be texts trying to make you believe there was a suspicious transaction, your account is deactivated or you need to verify a purchase by clicking a link. Don't click the link. Always go to your account.
And to make sure you get what you paid for, think about your shipping address.
"Amazon gives you the option of it being shipped to a store, have it shipped to work. You don't want it sitting on the porch for very long any steps you can proactively take as a consumer, are the best steps to take I always support those," said Lechelle Yates, Better Business Bureau.
