MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. — Milledgeville Burger Week continues!
You won't have to pair any liquor with this next burger - the flavor is already baked in!
The Brick in downtown Milledgeville is offering a 'Bourbon Burger' - a beef patty with provolone, cheddar, sautéed onions and mushrooms. It is covered in bacon crumbles, all encased in pizza dough.
Then, it's drizzled in a signature homemade Jim Beam Bourbon glaze.
You can get the burger for $9, or pair it with fries (or another side) for $10.50.
Hostess Cara Cost says they like participating in Burger Week because it brings everyone together.
"I think Burger Week is fun because it lets people share their creative side. The whole team gets to work together to come up with something fun that brings the community in. It's also fun just to see what everyone else is doing with their burgers," she said.
You can visit The Brick at 136 W Hancock Street in downtown Milledgeville if you want to try a burger yourself! They also have a '$10 Wednesday,' where you can get a $10 one-topping large pizza and a $10 bottle of wine.
