Tara Grinstead Case: Bo Dukes trial starts in Wilcox County
Jury selection took up the majority of the day and opening statements began around 5 p.m. Monday afternoon. Cordele Circuit Distirct Attorney Brad Rigby made the opening statement for the prosecution telling the jury that Ryan Duke allegedly killed Tara and Bo helped burn her body.
