Slaughterhouse finally coming to Forsyth in the fall
Monroe County commissioners met Tuesday night with the owner of a new meat-processing plant to clarify restrictions on the project. Back in November, we told you about commissioners approving the project with some conditions. Board members and the owner came to an agreement and now the project is moving forward.
