MACON, Ga. — Today will be the warmest day of the week, with temperatures reaching the upper 80s.
After experiencing showers in the morning, the sky will clear up, making way for mostly sunny weather. Isolated thunderstorms will pop-up in the afternoon for the northern counties and will linger until the late evening. The overall severe weather risk is low. However, we are still at a level 1 risk for severe weather.
Saturday's rain chance is small again, before the arrival of cooler weather on Sunday.
