MACON, Ga. — After a cloudy early morning, the sky will start to clear up making way for mostly sunny weather. Temperatures will continue to roll in the mid 80s. Tomorrow will have even higher temperatures with near 90-degree weather. This may break the temperature record set in 2002. There is also a small chance for pop-up showers and thunderstorms for Friday afternoon.
Our best rain chance will be for Sunday, as a cold front will arrive, bringing rain for the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will drop to the 70s for the start of next week.
