A pickup truck and tractor trailer both caught fire on I-16 West in Laurens County Friday morning. This happened near mile marker 36.
A 13WMAZ viewer sent in pictures of the flames.
A Laurens County dispatcher says they started receiving calls around 7:25 a.m. The fires shut down the right lane of the interstate.
Dispatch says they do now know if the vehicles collided or what caused the fires. They say no injuries have been reported.
The Georgia Department of Transportation says they expect the scene to clear around 10 a.m.
