Macon man stabbed in the stomach after gas station argument

Deputies say it happened at the Circle K on Riverside Drive

MACON, Ga. — The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was stabbed in the stomach at a Macon gas station Monday night.

According to a news release, it happened around 7:30 p.m. at the Circle K at 2580 Riverside Drive.

It was reported to deputies that there was an argument between three customers. The argument turned violent and a 34-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach.

The victim drove himself to Coliseum Northside where he was treated and released.

The suspects left the area before deputies got to the scene.

Anyone who can identify the suspects, and the woman with them, is asked to call the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500.
